Vision

PHS exists to provide primary health care including education so patients have the opportunity to participate in the process of improving their personal health status. In the future we will be recognized in Butler, Warren and outlying counties as the provider of choice for integrated care.

Services

Primary Health Solutions (PHS), is a non-profit, federally-qualified community healthcare center providing comprehensive healthcare to more than 20,000+ patients in Butler County at six health centers located throughout Butler County. Our goal is to offer a comprehensive range of healthcare services, on a sliding-fee scale, to all residents of Butler County regardless of income or insurance coverage. Due to their economic situations, many patients served by PHS would otherwise go without much needed healthcare. Our range of services includes:

In addition to services provided at our health centers, we operate a mobile dental office. The 40 foot motor coach fully equipped as a dental office with two dental operatories provides onsite dental care to children in the public schools of Butler County.
