Steak Fry
Kicks off the Fall season, held in September in
cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce Serving Middletown, Monroe & Trenton. Networking event. Attendance: 300-400.

Sponsorship: $500 - $2,000.

 Annual
Dinner Meeting
Held late January, the premier event for the
Chamber. Noted speaker (past years included Mike DeWine, then
Lt. Governor, Richard Farmer, CEO CINTAS, Robert L. Wehling,
Sr. V.P., P&G, Jerry Grundhofer, President/CEO, Firstar).
Attendance: 400+. Wide publicity. Tabletop display available.
Sponsorship: $500. One Presenting Sponsorship available at
$3,500.

Expo
Held annually. Showcase your business to business
decision makers and general public. Attendance: 600-800+. Over 80
Exhibitors participate. Wide publicity. Various sponsorship
levels are available, ranging from $250 to $5,000.

 Golf
Classic
Held in June. Attendance 150. Wide publicity plus
signage on the course. Several levels of sponsorship available
ranging from $300 - $1,000+.

Chamber Newsletter
Your business can include an insert in our
ChamberLetter which is sent out to about 1,350 business people
in the Greater Hamilton area. The cost is $150 and the purchaser
provides 1,400 copies of an 8 ½X 11 flyer

 Small Business
Forums
Four throughout the year featuring topics of
interest to Small Businesses. Attendance: 25-50. Mentions in
Chamber Newsletter, press releases and at the event.
Sponsorship: $200.
Small Business Person of the Year Breakfast
held annually in June,
100+ attendance. Sponsorship $350.
Economic Forecast Breakfast held annually in February, 100+
attendance. Sponsorship $300.

participate in this program. By having a Web Link, this allows
anyone viewing your membership information on our web site to
immediately click on your web address to visit your web site to
view your company information.
These fees are per year and are billed with your membership dues or
