Join MetroParks and partner, Butler Soil and Water Conservation District, every Thursday this summer from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. as we explore the creeks and waterways in the parks! The program will be held at a different park each week, so there are always new areas to explore! We will be looking for critters like: macroinvertebrates, fossils, fish, reptiles, and amphibians. This week at Governor Bebb MetroPark, we will explore Dry Fork Creek, a watershed of of Whitewater River, and ultimately the Great Miami River. There are many frogs and toads in this creek, so keep your eyes peeled! This is the last creeking program of the summer, and we hope to see you there! Closed-toed shoes are required for all creeking events. FREE and open to all ages! Registration is requested so we know you are coming! Walk-ins are also welcome.
