Aglamesis Brothers is seeking fun, motivated individuals to join our new Hamilton team! Aglamesis Brothers is a local, family owned Ice Cream and Candy parlor with three locations in Cincinnati.

We are offering competitive salaries made up of base pay + tips

LOCATION: 304 Main Street, Hamilton OH 45013

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating an upbeat, welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
• Providing a superior full-service experience to all customers while satisfying their demand for gourmet chocolates and premium ice cream.
• Support and collaborate with the Store Manager in all store daily operations: inventory and order fulfillment, cash management and sales reporting.
• Maintaining a sanitary, organized, work environment.

What you’ll need:

• Preferred 2 years of previous food industry experience
• Preferred 2 years of supervisor experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
• POS experience
• Superior customer service skills and upbeat personality
• High school degree or GED
• Availability to work a variety of shifts (day, night, weekday/weekend)
• Able to safely lift and carry a minimum of 25 lbs
• Able to stand for 5-6 hours at a time
