  • Chamber Announces New President/CEO!

    I am happy to announce the appointment of Dan Bates as the Greater Hamilton Chamber's new President/CEO. 
     
    Dan has most recently worked as the President for the Sharonville, OH Chamber of Commerce.  Over the past year, he has been a catalyst for positive change bringing strategic leadership, vision, excitement, meaningful collaboration, new industry-focused events and revenue to the Sharonville Chamber.
     
    Prior to his arrival in Sharonville, Dan served four years as President of the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce, in Bucks County, PA. He drove efforts in promoting the Chamber as a leader in regional business and economic growth while guiding the organization to dramatically increase value and services offered to the local business community in areas of economic growth and government partnerships, outreach, communication, networking, and building long-term relationships throughout the community.
     
    Dan has over 20 years experience in the private sector/corporate world and with social services.
     
    Dan has a history of community involvement and serving on boards/committees and volunteering.  We look forward to his involvement in our community.
     
    Dan is a graduate of Kent State University.  He is a resident of Hamilton, married, has two sons, four grandchildren and three dogs. His hobbies include collecting antiques, painting in acrylics and riding his Harley Fat Boy.
