Pump & Run 5k

Join Spooky Nook Champion Mill's annual Pump & Run 5K on October 26th! Add a bench press & deduct time from your 5k or participate in the 5k only. Stay for the after-party and visit onsite vendors, group fitness classes, and more. Drop the kids off before your race at the Nook Kids Zone for games, crafts, and Halloween activities! You can cheer them on in the Champion Chase 2k after you finish your race. Costumes are encouraged!!!
