    HAMILPALOOZA will feature vendors with the following: unique gifts and trendy home décor; trades and professional services; clubs and organizations; non-profits; new, repurposed and vintage items; business to consumer businesses; service organizations; restaurants, caterers and food trucks. 

    Hamilpalooza's Cohen Recycling E-Waste Event
    10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m
    The E-Waste Event is limited to electronic materials only. READ THE DETAILS BELOW:
    Acceptable electronics include most items that take batteries or plug in to an outlet. Common items include personal computers and laptops, cell phones, printers, monitors, keyboards, cables and chargers, and small home appliances. We will not accept batteries, light bulbs, wood, paper, cardboard, scrap metal, or hazardous waste, including paint cans and chemical containers.
    Cost: To help offset the cost of recycling there will be a $10 charge for all tv’s and monitors. Each vehicle is limited to 1 tube tv or monitor, and 1 flat panel tv or monitor.


    HAMILPALOOZA is the family friendly event for guests to enjoy food, fun, live entertainment, shopping and connecting with 100+ vendors.

    Each Indoor Marketplace booth ($250) is 8’ x 10’ and includes pipe and drape, 1 table and 1 chair (any additional tables/chairs are responsibility of vendor).
    Add on: Electric $20. Electric available in select areas.
    Outdoor Marketplace ($100): Vendors will need to bring their own tent, chair & table.  Space will be 10' x 10'. Electric is not available for Outdoor Marketplace vendors.
    Event will be held rain or shine, no refunds.
    Food Trucks and any vendors selling food at Hamilpalooza - It is the responsibility of any vendor selling food to have the proper permitting from the Butler County Health Dept.  Please contact the Health Dept. to make sure you are in compliance (513.863.1770).
