    Event Description:
    For those attending remotely, join us on the Chamber's Facebook page for a Facebook Live to watch and ask questions. 

    The Conversation is a series where business owners and professionals come together to discuss key business ideas and themes. You will be able to start applying those ideas right away.

    This month we will be discussing Customer Service with Tano Williams, Tano's Bistro & Catering 
    If you want to put your arms around your business and bottom line, you'll want all the updated information and practices discussed in this Conversation.
    To stay in business, you must have customers. The way to increase your profit is by providing exceptional customer service. This Conversation will be filled with accessible advice, personal case studies and tips any business person can use.
    This discussion will be based upon Hug Your Customers by Jack Mitchell. You can also reference Uncommon Service, Anne Morriss and Frances Frei.
