oga in the Park is a safe, accessible and traditional yoga class on the banks of the Great Miami River. Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility and helps to manage stress and anxiety levels. Yoga also offers relaxation, ways to better manage stress and the wonderful support of a warm and welcoming community! Practicing yoga outside in nature has proven to lower heart rate/blood pressure and even boost immunity! Please join Laura LeJeune, 500hr ERYT for this all levels, all bodies yoga class.
