Seeking Sales Professional / Inspector

Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base Pay + Commission + Performance Bonuses
Territory: West Chester, OH and surrounding areas
Reports To: Owner / General Manager
 

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the RoofAid USA 10-Step Sales Process
  Perform RoofScore™ inspections and accurately document roof and exterior conditions
  Educate homeowners using inspection findings with clear, value-based explanations
  Prepare estimates and proposals using JobNimbus
  Present solution options, handle objections, and secure signed agreements
  Create professional client presentations with clear next steps
  Coordinate seamless handoff to production using JobNimbus
  Use the RoofAid Business App for client communication and follow-up
  Prospect for new business through outbound efforts, referrals, and local networking
  Participate in required training, coaching, certifications, and performance reviews

Qualifications

Required

• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
  Ability to safely work on roofs, ladders, and active job sites
  Strong communication, listening, and customer service skills
  Comfort using mobile technology, CRM systems, and inspection apps
  Organized, dependable, and coachable
  Ability to represent the RoofAid brand professionally at all times

Preferred

• Roofing, construction, or insurance restoration experience
  Prior sales, inspection, or in-home consulting background
  Familiarity with JobNimbus or similar CRM platforms
