About Us

We assist individuals in Butler County who are experiencing short-term financial emergencies. Our mission is to have a profound and positive impact on the lives of those we support. The Emergency Money Fund of Butler County was incorporated in 1974 to assist Butler County individuals who are experiencing short-term financial emergencies. The EMF fund is a federally recognized 501(c)3 non-profit, charitable organization with a completely voluntary board. We exist to provide monetary assistance to our neighbors in crisis with necessary living expenses such as housing, utilities, medical, and other essentials.

Every penny of every dollar goes to those in need in our community.

Our event will provide an opportunity to raise funds for this very worthwhile cause and will also recognize outstanding community volunteers.
