Founded by Albert Covelli in 1959, Covelli Enterprises has grown from operating Ohio’s first McDonald’s to becoming the largest Panera Bread franchisee in the nation. Headquartered in Warren, OH, the company owns nearly 300 Panera Bread bakery-cafes across eight states, along with brands like O’Charley’s, Dairy Queen, Oath Pizza, and Caribou Coffee.
